First off you all seemed to like the idea of a woman always next to a maniacal man.
I'm not going to give away what his profile is in the new books, but in the 1935 edition, he's always in the room next to her! There is also a fantastic "wild card" profile that is NEVER in a force entry!
The "force" profiles in each book are different but easy as cake to "get"
Each book has a slightly different cover. The font is different, the placement of the wards are different but only you would really notice.
Advantage? You know who is looking at which profile forces!
I have always felt that if you "acquired" one log, you could easily have acquired 3 years of log books.
I also feel this gives even greater credibility to the books (like they need it!)
What Magic shop in the world would sell 3 of these books? None!

I would have been very happy with another 1936 Luna (only with different entries for variety). That would have been tremendous. But this is so much more.
First, you advertised that these entries were 'cake' to get. They are a great deal easier than cake. Anyone familiar with 1936's workings should be able to add 1935 to his repertoire in about 15-20 minutes.
By keeping the ages, genders, and patient afflictions within a similar range to those in 1936, you have made this very easy on the performer. However, by changing the names & treatments completely and the afflictions slightly you have created an exceptionally powerful performance tool that will SEEM, from a spectator's perspective, to reveal very different results than found in the 1936 version. Genius. Sheer bloody genius.
1935 and 1936 Lunas really do cross communicate. I couldn't imagine how you would make that work, but by heavens you can indeed stand up two spectators, each with a different book, and simultaneously read them. For me, that more than doubles the impact of reading one alone. The effect should be thunderbolts. This truly will create the illusion of impossibility.
